Questions

What’s in the library?

Screens of real fintech features, step by step, with evidence of how well each one caught on. We add new flows every week, and new kinds of evidence as we find them.

Which fintechs are covered?

Fintech products in payments, business banking, payroll, accounting and tax, lending and more.

How is the library curated?

An automated tool captures each flow on public pages, free sign-ups, sandboxes and official product tours. Our team reviews every flow before it goes live: we write its title, pick its category and remove failed captures and duplicates. Every number links to its source.

How often do you add flows?

Every week. Each flow shows the month we captured it.

What do the numbers mean?

Each number is a sign of how well a feature caught on, not a full measure. Its label says what it covers: the feature, the whole product or the company. “12 of 53 G2 reviews mention using it” means 12 of the 53 reviews we checked say the reviewer uses the feature. That is a sign of use, not the share of all customers. We only show numbers we can source, so some products have fewer.

How do you rate adoption?

Every feature is scored on the same six signals: how many customers say they use it, how many rivals offer it, how much business runs through it, its ratings and reach, its growth, and how easy it is to get. Customer use counts most. Figures about the feature itself count more than company-wide or self-reported ones, and a vendor’s claims about its own results don’t count. A feature needs evidence on at least four signals to be rated. High means strong evidence across the board, Medium means mixed evidence and Low means weak evidence.
